Experimental cooking "Sour Stir Fried Tofu!"

Last week I tried a new recipe on the fly. I had some tofu that had been in my fridge for a while. I cut it into thin 1 inch rectangles and lightly fried it.

I was thinking my standard question when cooking "Now what!"

I looked in the fridge and found I had some partial pieces of vegetables - green pepper, tomato, onion. I chopped them up and added them to the mix adding some more canola oil. The taste was not good as yet.

"Now What?"

I added some salt, oregano and parsley. Taste was better but still not where I wanted it.

"Now what?"

Added some vinegar from my marinated ginger, garlic and chilli pepper bottle.

Perfect!! It tasted great. New dish created - "Sour Stir Fried Tofu!"
